Stop telling yourself you're crazy. You're not. That fantasy is possible. Yes, you can come to Las Vegas, have fun riding a sports car rental, feel like a millionaire without even breaking the bank. Here's how I did it.

One, if possible (by chance of a miracle maybe), DON'T GAMBLE. Casinos provide a lot of free entertainment to seduce people to come in and gamble. But if you can resist those slot machines and table games then you are on the right track of getting a tremendous time with little or no cost.

Two,start your day visiting a renowned hotel. Try dropping by The Mirage or The Forum Shops that are next door to the Mirage. Then at night you can put on your pimped-up suit and hit the strip by foot. Skylines and other scenes are best viewed up close.

Then be sure to explore the scenery further. Substantial attention to detail is not limited to the outside alone. Three, take advantage of the freebies in Las Vegas. On board a sports car rental (rentals abound in the city and are affordable too), head to The Bellagio Fountain Display.

There you can experience water that dances in time to music. Even the most cynical among us will be entranced. Then without stepping into a zoo, you can still spot lions, lionesses and cubs at the MGM Lion's Habitat.

The Bellagio and the Wynn also boast conservatories that are worth a look. Then just for laughs, check out The Forum Shops shows at Caesar's Palace involves animation Roman statues performing jerky moves and intelligible speeches. The overall result is utterly hilarious.

There is also a masquerade show in the Sky at the Rio. Every two hours starting at 6 pm,five floats will travel on an overhead track above the casino. At the same time there will also be 36 dancers, musicians, stilt walkers and aerialist that will perform on stage or from eight attractions that drop from the sky or will rise from the floor.

Then during the afternoon to late at night, the Buccaneer Bay at the entrance to Treasure Island will showcase the British Royal Navy goes to battle against pirates in a water show complete with stunt men, cannons, and sinking ships. It is advisable to get there early. So make sure your ride has the speed or that your feet can get you there as fast as a sports car can.

Four, you can experience the Las Vegas staple tradition of marrying or remarrying your significant other in the downtown chapels, just for a minimal sum. It is a special treat, too, to have no less that the King himself, Elvis preside over the nuptials (Okay, so they are really impersonators. The notion still is fun, nevertheless).

The last but not the least go rent a sports car and maybe drive to sites such as Hoover Dam, The Grand Canyon, or Monument Valley. Nature is another side of Las Vegas that you can enjoy for free. And of course it would also be ideal if you rent a red sports car.

There are rental companies that offer a one-day tour package all over the city on board any car in their fleet. So if you're thinking of thrashing plans for a Las Vegas vacation, think again. You don't need to be a millionaire to enjoy life. Besides, as a cliche so aptly claims, "The best things in life are free."
